Unfortunately, Jattenalle's computer has recently died causing the Gods and Idols server to go down. He is currently waiting for it to be repaired.

The game code is safely backed up and nothing has been lost. However Jattenalle can not continue working on the patch until he gets his computer back.

UPDATE June 2nd:

Jattenalle just received his new cooler for his computer. He will install it after the thunderstorm passes so hopefully the server will be up by tomorrow.

Main dev PC is back online.

A thunderstorm is rolling in tonight, and in an overabundance of caution I will delay starting the server until after it has passed.

I will write a proper diary post detailing what happened and why it took so long to get back online. Check back in a few hours for that.

Now that my dev PC is back online, work on the patch has resumed. More details will be posted in the Upcoming patch topic.

JESUS CHRIST, heard of insurance? this is just excuses. Why go on with this half-assed game if you don't want to? Don't blame anyone or anything else for the game taking forever to make. It is you and your fault alone it is not making progress. If you spent half the time you spend on playing games everyday then GAI would be thriving. Just take the website and game down. Will never be finished ever. Investors should be pissed because they are not gonna get their money back, rest assured.

EDIT: It took him 20 days to get a damn cooler for his pc? If it was something he WANTED he would have it in less than 3 days, guaranteed.
