GAMEPLAY
-Significantly increased build time for most buildings
-If a planets total population is under 50 they scavenge their own food and do not require housing
-Changed the number of jobs provided by several productions
-Population growth is now unlocked
-Health, Hunger, and Happiness modifiers added to population
-Housing is now required to sustain populations
-Population now requires food
-Population Health, Happiness, and Hunger modifiers affect workforce strength
-Unemployment now affect population mood
-Population mood affect population growth
-Housing is unlocked and each Housing increase available living space by 250
-Food variety affect population mood, more types of food is better
-Reduced amount of Wood required for Planks
-Reduced amount of Ore required for Iron
-Reduced amount of Ore required for Aluminium
-Made stockpile numbers more intuitive

INTERFACE
-Buildings on the production tab now remember their order after you move them
-Re-arranged planet tabs and hid disabled tabs
-The new construction dialog has been re-arranged a bit to better show the intended progression
-Buildings and goods in the Production tab now show their tooltips

BUGS
-Fixed fractional population being counted as workforce, only integer humans work now
-Fixed RES_MEN growth incorrectly showing RES_WOMEN value
-Fixed max stockpile being applied to resources that had no stockpile defined

Hey jatt just wanted to say this is a lot of stuff you been working on and keep at it im sure you will have the game done and released for all to play (excluding the test server as progress isnt saved so i dont count it :P ) soon keep up the good work o/

Is there a minimum population requirement for mood modifiers? So far at my planet hunger, health, etc. are all static at 0. Growth, resource collection and construction are all working as intended but those modifiers are simply not computed (or so it seems).

50 total population is required before any modifiers become active.
