GAMEPLAY

Lowered the Faith-, Health-, Joy- penalty from population

INTERFACE

Artifact Vault is now loaded in chunks instead of all-at-once

BUGS

Fixed potential Artifact theft exploit
Fixed Artifact Vault not loading properly if there were more than 9500 items
Fixed Production loops not saving properly
Fish no longer comes from Fruit
Fixed planet server crash exploit
Fixed Planet naming not working

Phase III: Hotfix 9
BUGS

Fixed District- and City- plans stockpile not saving (Thanks Keiaoso, ZeroDark544)
Fixed goods gain values not being accurate
