Spent a bit playing around.

Bugs:

UI messes up in city management and stockpile view when power stockpile reaches 6 digits.

Tools require tools to create.

Experienced a crash with a tooltip saying something about an interface element.

Suggestion:

Might be cool to be able to upgrade buildings via city management. (ex. right click on portrait of upgrade-able building.

Planet UI. Having the circle building slots a different color than black. (hard to see)
