We're back online after the power outage.

Unfortunately the City and Buildings tables were corrupted.
Rather than spending hours fixing something that will most likely be wiped next patch anyhow, I have opted to let them remain wiped.

So, Cities and Buildings are gone, again, but your planets and stockpiles should remain.
If you encounter any issues please let me know!
