GAMEPLAY

Universe reset
Population now require Food
Extra Cities no longer boosts population growth
First City placed now start with 3 additional unlocked districts
Lowered Fruit production to a more reasonable 3.6/min

INTERFACE

Improved accuracy of goods gain values
Rearranged planet stockpile view, added new Food tier

BUGS

Fixed last city not being listed if you have 8 of them
Fixed server sending useless -1#.INF stockpiled values
Fixed undefined object warning in planet stockpile

NOTE
Health effects postponed until next patch, last minute issues discovered
