GAMEPLAY
  • Hostile fleets can now attack your planet
  • Planetary defenses unlocked
LORE
  • Fall of Oberon can now be found
  • The firestorm on Crux has subsided, revealing the surface below
  • The shield around Crux has vanished
SYSTEM
  • Cleaned up several deprecated models and textures
  • Several improvements to Texture and Model loading routines
  • Startup time slightly improved
  • Improved error handling during startup
  • Additional debug output added to startup
  • Slight performance increase when rendering buildings
VISUAL
  • Building icons and outlines are now only visible when near mouse cursor
  • Far away stars improved slightly
  • Star rendering had effects that were not facing the camera
  • Binary stars and red giants can now be found
  • Improved planet atmospheric scattering
  • New cloud rendering system, again
INTERFACE
  • Changed tooltip colors and layout to make it more clear
  • Added several building icons
  • Added temporary /goto [number], command to teleport to star [number]
  • Removed sounds when opening and closing dialogs
  • Added sound when clicking a button
BUGS
  • Buildings were counted even if not fully constructed, thanks Indie QA Parity
  • Production slots could be reset on server restart, thanks Indie QA Parity
  • Fixed goods links not transferring goods, thanks Indie QA Parity and Vetinari
  • Food was not properly consumed under certain conditions, thanks Indie QA Parity
  • Fixed floating point precision race condition, stumbled upon by chelvo


HOTFIX 1308
  • Fixed crash when signing in if you were in a system that had a planet in the same position as the menu scene, thank you The prophet
  • Removed leftover debug coloring of asteroid belts


HOTFIX 1315
  • Cloth production gain reduced to 1/min, from 9/min
  • Candles production gain reduced to 1/min, from 9/min
  • Syringes production gain reduced to 1/min, from 9/min
  • Alcohol production gain reduced to 0.5/min, from 9/min
  • Separated icon loading into buildings and resources, should improve startup
  • Artillery weaponry audible distance increased to 0.9, from 0.25
  • Added list of buildings on the planet for easier overview and management
  • Fixed missing defensive structures
  • Armory required Housing, now correctly requires a Warehouse

Weaponry and Ammunition don't show up on the overall planetary resource list, but they do show up in the warehouse resource list.
