VISUALS

Removed all building models in favor of surface urbanization and icons
New planet surface texture generator
Cities are now visible on the planet surface where buildings are placed
City lights visible on planet night side
Clouds no longer appear underneath buildings

BUGS

Haulers were not refueling
Invert mouse setting did not work
Haulers no longer go on vacation. Thank you Alimarin, Auios, Scroby, victor, Uncle_PaiPai
