END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

For you to participate in Gods and Idols, the Gods and Idols website or the Gods and Idols online service you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1: You must accept all points in this end user license agreement in order to play Gods and Idols. If you do not agree with all points in this end user license agreement you must uninstall Gods and Idols.

2: You may install Gods and Idols as many times, and on as many computers, as you wish. Provided that the Gods and Idols software package is not altered in any way.

3: You may not repack, reproduce, reverse engineer, derive source code, modify, disassemble or decompile Gods and Idols.

4: You may not sell Gods and Idols, sell access to Gods and Idols or sell parts of Gods and Idols.

5: The Gods and Idols online services is available only through Gods and Idols. All other forms of accessing the Gods and Idols online services is not allowed unless explicitly stated in section 5.1 of the Gods and Idols end user license agreement.
5.1: You are allowed to use the Gods and Idols website through any modern browser so long as your actions in no way disrupt, hinder or are otherwise malignant to Gods and Idols, the Gods and Idols website or the Gods and Idols online services.

6: Gods and Idols is an online game that allows you to play Gods and Idols over the internet through the Gods and Idols online service. APIStudios may, at any time and in its sole discretion, terminate this license agreement and/or discontinue the Gods and Idols online service with or without notice.

7: APIStudios or any of member of APIStudios can not be held liable in any way for loss or damage of any kind resulting from the use of Gods and Idols, the Gods and Idols website or the Gods and Idols online service.

8: You hereby acknowledge that you have read and understand the foregoing end user license agreement and agree that the action of playing Gods and Idols or registering on the Gods and Idols website is an acknowledgment of your agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of the end user license agreement contained herein.
