Gods and Idols is an online game, which may be played only with the official client through the official Gods and Idols online services for the purpose of your own non-commercial entertainment.
APIStudios, at any time and in its sole discretion, may terminate user accounts and/or discontinue the Gods and Idols service with or without notice.
Any attempt to gain access to other people's accounts through hacking or social means, such as asking for passwords, is prohibited and will be reported to authorities.
If you are not of the legal age of majority in your nation, your parents or a guardian must grant you permission to make use of Gods and Idols, the website, and the online service. Failure to do so will result in the termination of your account.
You acknowledge that any account or digital-item associated with Gods and Idols carry no monetary value and is the sole property of APIStudios. APIStudios, at any time and in its sole discretion, may remove or gift digital-items to an account with or without notice.
APIStudios and any member or employee of APIStudios, cannot be held liable in any way for loss or damages of any kind resulting from Gods and Idols, the official client, the official website, or the official online service.
While making use of the Gods and Idols client, the official website, or the Gods and Idols online service, you must follow the Code of Conduct at all times. Failure to do so may result in the termination of your ability to use the Gods and Idols client, access the website, or otherwise employ services provided by APIStudios.
You are only allowed to create and use one Gods and Idols account, using multiple accounts or creating multiple accounts is severely prohibited.
The Terms of Use and the Code of Conduct may be updated at any time and in the sole discretion of APIStudios at which time you will once again be presented with this page.

Code of Conduct

English is the official language of Gods and Idols, using any other language on the official forums or chat is not allowed.
Spamming the chat, forums or other players is not allowed and may result in the termination of your account.
Discussing "hot" issues, including but not limited to, Religion and Politics on the forum or the general chat is not allowed.
Using errors in design, features which have not been documented or bugs to gain an unfair advantage is not allowed.
You must obey administrators in regards to all activities related to the game and official site.
Do not argue with the administrators. If you feel you have been wrongfully treated, use the support email instead.
Promoting illegal activities is not allowed and will result in the termination of your account.
If your forum signature, account name or avatar image is found to be offensive you will be forced to change it.
Using account names that are gibberish (such as "iIllIIii", "Asdfgh", "Pjklkmkj") is not allowed.
Using trademarks, brands, copyrighted material, popular culture figures, celebrities, media personalities, political- or religious figures in your account name, signature or avatar is prohibited.
